Love it.. Looks like fun with a twist...

Excellent review

Great video. Loved the giant RC at the end looks like a lot of fun 👍🏻👍🏻

That is so good 👍 lov it

Thanks for this. I'm going to be investing in an e-fin for next season.

I NEED THIS for my Sea Eagle.  Currently been enjoying a Bixpy for the past couple years.  Now the Bixpy loves to suck up and conk out completely, with its smaller, high velocity prop when it encounters reeds or leaves.  It loves to suck up fishing lures even if they don't seem right in the way.  I THINK your E-fix is doing an amazing job, with its larger prop, of not getting stuff tangled in it continuously.  I think the Bixpy would have stopped 10 times over the little trouble you had clearing the prop out by going in reverse for a bit.  AND come on now!  Steering with the remote?  That's just luxury and I want it.  I'm sure I could have gotten an E-fin into the United States the last time I looked when you had one.  But I had the Bixpy at the time and didn't think the E-fin was much better.  NOW?  With the steering remote?  The E-fin is much better.  It's no contest.  I'd just make sure I get their biggest battery for range.  Thank you!

I've just gotten the k4 cruise but the updated version. And a B8 battery. The controller is slightly different and obviously a huge battery but. They are awesome. I do have a shoulder injury but most of my friends paddleboard. This allows me to join in and not drag everyone behind 👍🏼

Looks really good. If you run out of battery for any reason, you can kjust stop and remove the unit, rather than paddling with extra drag :)

Great videos - thank you!
They convinced me I need one of these to go with my sandbanks optimal (I assume it will fit on it) but unfortunately they seem to be out of stock at the link you included. Hope they get more stock ready for the summer!

1) that standalone connector is for connecting to +ve -ve terminals of 'traditional' batteries.. 2) the torque of the motor is so powerful that instead of turning the bow left, it pushes the stern right and vice versa.. :face-green-smiling::face-green-smiling:

Any one know about trooling speeds? On the edge k4 sport model 48v ( i like the 48v idea to push against wind gusts on the lake i fish, to get back to the dock.)

I have a fishing paddle board with the hiqmar efin,( a few years old, and a 24v 80AH battery lifepo4, i can troll for 10 hrs) , i wish it was slower for trooling.  The remote has low, sport, and reverse. (And no potentiometer.) Maybe 3 mph at low speed at 24v i would like trooling to be slower or adjustable.

I wish the Hiqmar had a wired remote control option like this, the useless battery powered remotes for it really let it down!

Great video seems alot of fun , but i wonder if you had to choose only One between the k4 and the hiqmar which one you will choose ?

Can this be mounted underneath a plastic kayak that is about 48 inches wide and has a drop-down Rudder it doesn't have a slot for a fin like this one? I'd love to be able to mount it underneath and keep it on their permanently or to take it off each time would be even better thank you so much for any information

Hiya, I’ve just bought my 1st kayak, a wave navigator 3 and would like to know recommendations for paddle and seat replacement options please. Thanks.

Looks good. Shame about the $90 shipping cost though.

What was your total  battery use time on the water? Or if you were trolling slow how long do you think it would last?

How far away does the remote control work from the boat

How far is the remote range? What happens if its in cruise mode, remote is not in my hand and I fall off my SUP?
