I climbed Mount Tsukuba in September.

The temperature that day was around 20 degrees Celsius. It was a season where you need to regulate your body temperature, sometimes feeling cold, sometimes feeling warm.

My gear was a little more than for summer hikes.

I was worried whether everything would fit in my 7-liter backpack, but it all fit perfectly.

I'll show you each of the 12 items my wife, Aki, actually took to Mount Tsukuba, as I pack them in my backpack.

I hope this will be helpful for those starting their autumn day hikes and choosing what to bring.

This is the channel of Otto and his wife Aki, a couple who started hiking in their 50s.

Relaxed, dignified, and just right. It's "Yururincho".
