I love that Mimic is classified as a silly little creature as he hangs mangled corpses around as decorations.

I think the fact that a log refers to a client requesting character designs for Chica heavily implies that Party World wasn't run by MCM. I think it was an independent venture by a separate company that simply contracted Edwin and Fiona for designs and a suit. There's also the stock graph in the Admin Wing that drops off at 1975 which might imply it was already out of business by then, which then allowed MCM or Fazbear Entertainment to purchase it.

Where did Stan from Stans budget tech come from was a hell of a mystery no one thought was a mystery and didnt even really need solving, but damn if it didnt just get solved so nice work.

They really need to add FNAF to the school curriculum

“Secret of the mimic is finally out!”
This felt funny considering the time of this video’s release

Y'know the concept of a FNaFology textbook actually sounds like a fantastic idea.
Imagine:
A community-fueled google doc, basically our own edittable living version of The Freddy Files, to document all the information across the franchise and kept easily organized for theorizing purposes.

Considering the super dangerous spring lock suit being Funtime Chica, an Afton product, that goes a long way toward explaining the weird connection between the two. Especially the strange way that Chica is represented as being just as (if not more) dangerous as Afton in the high school show. And with Chica also being representative of Fiona the connections just keep getting stranger.

You could hardly breath in that thing before getting pulverized and juiced. "Now presenting the new and improved Funtime Chica!"
Performer: *makes one gesture *blood shoots out of every opening *Tom & Jerry scream.mp3

Fnaf-ology 101 you said? Do I need to watch the previous 100 to understand this one?

The true definition of "retcon," or "retroactive continuity," is when a writer takes something that was established to have happened in the past and changes it to something that it never was. For example, in the Marvel comics, when one writer said that She Hulk and Juggernaught did the deed and a future writer said "no, that's not how it happened." Giving extra context that didn't exist before without actually changing any events is not a proper retcon. Adding details without contradicting established details is not a proper retcon.

Although... the line between retcon and "just adding context" can be admittedly blurry sometimes.

Yay!! Class is back in session!!

I have a theory about Paper Buddy. What if Paper Buddy, Paper Fredbear, and Paper Spring Bonnie are reminiscent of Edwin, Henry, and William? Because Edwin doesn't have an animatronic we associate him with, hence why he's just a man, we associate Henry with Fredbear, and William with Spring Bonnie/Springtrap. Of course, I'm not saying Scott planned Edwin way back then, but this is what makes sense to me

I finished 99% of this video like a week after SoTM came out and then didn't do anything for like 3 months lol so if some of it seem a little outdated it's because it is. Also mandatory disclaimer that these are all just theories, not undeniably solved one way or another. Okay enjoy!

Your character looks like such a little silly I love the design so much

I definitely agree that a lot of the new story elements introduced in the most recent games (help wanted and beyond) are in fact NEW story elements that are being connected to older things via bookman's bluff, however, I get the feeling that at least WHISPERS of these concepts have been bubbling around in Scott's head for many years at this point, longer than we've been giving credit to at the very least. Like, I think by sister location he already had some vague idea of something like the mimic, by fps he had some solid ideas about the next arc, and by UCN I think he definitely was concretely planning what would come next.

I think we need to stop looking at these clues that we're seeing in older games as JUST bookman's bluffs, and start thinking of them as potential half-formed ideas that are now bearing fruit. They're not all just random details added to give Scott stuff to work with later, they're potentially the beginnings of ideas. Obviously HW was when they firmly decided the direction for the future story, but I think we should stop assuming that Scott came up with all this new stuff right before production began on HW. We're more than likely looking at a gradient of developing, evolving ideas.

This video represents exactly how I feel about the lore. I love how many little details were explained

Honestly my biggest takeaway is that you swear, Professor, lmao. It seems like the FNAFtuber space is a mix of "I'm going to be super family friendly." And "I will swear if necessary."

I really liked how you extrapolated from Chica's Party World to the springlocks and rollerskates for Baby. Perfect. No notes

24:14 teacher, I don’t think you can say that

29:09 LMAO THE CUT OFF 😭😭

Great Video. Only got one issue.
10:40 Slightly Wrong. In the Week Before, Ralph says the Fnaf 1 posters are vintage and Freddy has returned to "his classic look".
10:52 NOT YET they haven't!!!😂 (i believe they were made for the Fnaf 2 location got tested, as we see Drawings of them in Fnaf 2, but "they were just so ugly" so Fazbear's used them for parts and used better designs with the Toys and Classics)

It honestly leaves more questions such as:
-How did the mimic end up trapped in a basement sealed behind concrete?
-Why did it take Fazbears so long to use the Mimic Tech? It was shown being used in the Pizza Plex
-Is the mimic in Ruin even the REAL mimic?
-Who is the current CEO of Fazbears?

Considering the use of Mimic Tech AND the Design for moon coming directly from a program that F10-N4 specifically made, I personally theorize the following:
1. The David Ending is Canon.
2. Arnold is the current CEO of Fazbears Possibly helped by F10-N4 and Edwin whom somehow survived
3. The Mimic in Ruin was the "Monster" that was trying to enter the cabin to take the child in that candy cadet story The cabin was an MCM complex, the mother and son was F10-N4 and M2.
4. Said Mimic was one of Aftons numerous attempts to replicate M2 without the blueprints, much like how Ennard was.
5. Gregory actually is the real M2, who chose his own identity after some time. F10-N4 would have DEFINITELY approved of such an idea. Still her kid regardless
