DNA Should be mandatory and should be included in the maternity package.Copies of DNA test results should also be attached during birth certificate for application. I also think that both parties (mother and father) should engage in the birth certificate application. But here in Kenya, Sisi wamama ndio tunatafuta birth certificate. You are never questioned in those offices. Meanwhile, I think everyone both women and men should engage in responsible sexual behavior. Stop overrating this thing called sex, coz it's not a must, and you'll never be found in such situations.Sex is not a need, but only 5 minutes of pleasure will destroy you.

Nowadays catching a cheating wife is not difficult. Unless you are not interested in technology. So long as he lady is using a phone to communicate then she's not immune from being busted. We need the government set up DNA sample collection centers across the country like they normally do during voter registration. As you check your name or register, there's someone on the side ready to take samples. We must fix this country.
