There's actually a theory out there that the person's quirk can affect their personality, Katsuki and Mitsuki Bakugo have explosive quirks and they both have explosive personalities.
Himiko Togas quirk relies on blood and in flashbacks it's expressed that as a kid she always had the urge to drink blood and having to suppress those urges for so long made her go insane.
There are probably other examples of this if you do some research but those are just the two that come to mind first.
