There is no pension included in Bank Shifts

Hey Nadine! I love watching your videos. I have a question, not sure if you'd know. But I've heard so many things about how midwives graduates are not able to find a midwife jobs because of the staff shortage going on. My plan was to start next September 2027, But hearing all this is sort of scaring me, since they are on the news. Do you happen to know anything about it? Thanks!

what is the availability like for bank shifts in London ? and are 3rd year student midwives allowed to do bank shifts ?

I think its wealth it cos the rates are higher than the permanent contract
