This show really had one of my favorite versions of Logan:

-Had NO romantic interest in Jean.

-Loner and secretive, without being an abrasive jerk.

-Actually taught and trained the younger members.

Before X-Men 97, this cartoon had one of the most respectful portrayals of Cyclops.

i love how Evolution took its time with introducing the characters' world to mutants and letting the fear, hatred, and bigotry unfold in real time. in most other adaptations, we see the X-Men already in their prime and having dealt with prejudice right off the bat, but here we get to experience the social whiplash with our heroes as their identities are suddenly and involuntarily thrust into the spotlight and how it affects their lives moving forward... just amazing storytelling, honestly

The show is very big here in Brazil cuz it aired in open tv during lunch, all the kids watched it while eating lol

An x-men story where Wolverine, Cyclops and Jean are in it but there is no annoying awkward three-way rivalry between the characters

It's a shame the show didn't continue. They were going to do the Dark Phoenix Saga, a Hulk vs Wolverine episode, introduction of Psylocke and Emma Frost, Magneto's redemption, the Brotherhood becoming the Freedom Force, and from what I've heard, a possible team up with the Eternals, return of Apocalypse, Nightcrawler ditching the image inducer altogether and then end the series with Jean and Scott's wedding.

It was so good till this day it’ll forever remain my fav x men cartoon and fav version of the x men for many reasons

Had a banger theme too

RIP Kirby Morrow. He gave Cyclops a voice the 90s X Men cartoon and movies didn’t.

This is how cyclops should have been done in apocalypse and dark Phoenix

Loved Rogue and Kurt and I was so happy to learn they were adoptive siblings.

Shows that deserved to crossover:
1. X-men Evolution - Spectacular Spiderman
2. Ironman Armored Adventures - Spectacular Spiderman
3. Evolution - AA

I realize the 90s trusted children with more mature stories.

X-Men Evolution even had an episode about my favorite mutant, who rarely shows up in adaptations: Danielle Moonstar.

My favorite ep is when lance joined the xmen wish he stayed as a xmen for kitty

I love x-men evolution it was such amazing show and personally for me one of my favorite x-men adaptations growing up, also a bonus this show actually did some ultimate x-men comics but did way better then the comics ever did at least in my opinion.

Agreed, one of the best iterations of the xmen imo. Did basically everyone right and had some cool ideas to boot

The dancing scene being from Buffy will forever have my respect among the other recreated moments

The only issue I had was how weirdly it left Scarlet Witch's story. Like it ends with her still brainwashed despite the overpowered telepath. It's like the show writers just forgot about her mid-arc. She started off as such a cool character too

Still loved it though tbc

I just skimmed through your videos. I feel like we had the exact same childhood and same taste. Earths mightiest heros, X men evolution, young justice, spectacular spiderman, any Batman animated movie, even reverse flash as the perfect villian. Just subscribed W content. Btw I’d suggest a video on my favorite and I believe the best live action marvel villain William Dafoes  green goblin. He was the epitome of a menace who did evil for the love of being evil with zero regard.
