How did they not call it ‘revenge of the myth’

Jedi have super human reflexes, so I absolutely believe that a Jedi could dodge a 130 mph weapon

There are easier explenations:
1. In the movie that higher ground wasn't about fighting like that, it was about that jump Anakin did. Kenobi knew that Anakin is reckless and will make a mistake just to show that he is better, he was literally in "invincible mode" like a drunk guy, thats why Kenobi was taunting him. And yes, doing flips during jumps is a mistake, because it leaves you voulnerable.

2. Storm troopers are just bad at aiming.

The high ground issue is that Anakin was jumping to Obi and got his legs chopped. You're both just on attack/defend no jump.

I think I never saw this episode and it became in 1min alrealy my favourite seeing Jamie in Vader meditation chamber

First bullet prototype was a more accurate depiction of stormtrooper shooting

I know this is old but the whole “I have the high ground” line is because it’s Obi Wan who has the high ground in the fight, Anakin had studied how Obi Wan used the low ground to his advantage in the Maul fight obsessively, so Obi Wan was saying that it was useless because the technique he was going to use was his own and he knows how to counter it

25:01 How did the blaster actually become stormtrooper-accurate😂

someone from the hema community also explained this - a high ground in a sword duel is not really an advantage since the legs are super exposed and hard to defend - swordfighting techniques are also usually build around defending the upper body and vitals but the problem is that a good hit onto the legs is enough to win a duel. the person on the high ground also usually has only one way to attack (basically all the attacks HAVE to focus on the upper body) however this is of course only true with small range weapons like swords and in one on one situations - in general, taking a high ground is super effective in battle. In a one on one duel its basically not much difference or even a small advantage for the person below. That said, trading a leg blow vs a headblow might result in both fighters being out of the fight, but you reather avoid getting hit in the head long term =). For that one instance of a duel it doesnt make a difference though.

This leaves only one question - when does electronic light saber dueling in distant lava planet settings become an olympic discipline? i would watch that all day!

So their “professional Jedi” didn’t actually hit the darts out of the way, Adam just happened to shoot his wooden stick… He still barely had enough time to get the stick moving by the time he realized it was shot, but the first shot hit just after he started moving, and the second shot his the stick before he started moving…

130mph at 40ft, less than 200ms, is insanely fast to do something like that… moving your body out of the way would be near impossible as well, obviously..,

Also regarding the dodging of the blaster shots jedi have force sense which means they see somewhat into the future a few moments this is also why their fight stile is so flamboyant they need to confuse their opponents.

calculated across all the 6 movies. Well said, couldn't agree more

So this is where "Current Concept" got his belt-fed spud gun inspiration from 😆

This week Adam and Jamie play Star Wars. Not complaining.

10:39 When kid: 🤔
When adult: 😏

The darts thingys that were "blocked", coincidentally just hit the sword... He didn't block them at all....  Slow-mo makes that fairly obvious.

24:36
That Stormtrooper was in reality a force user protecting himself

25:50 Jamie be like, I'll try spinning, that's a good trick

28:13 and 45:13 "Revenge of the Jamie"  😂

yeah there is a word like sword dancing in martial arts lore.
