20 years have passed since then. The real estate-related books I've written have sold over 300,000 copies in total. I achieved unparalleled top sales in this field, and I've become known as Japan's number one real estate consultant.

How did I manage to go from rock bottom to securing enough money to live comfortably for life, achieving my own definition of success, and finding happiness?

It's because I faithfully practiced the "Success Principles for Money and Happiness" that I'll discuss now.
