I was raised in a town where our school also had only 2 black people. I've known a lot of racist people in my life that same town used to have a sign that said Don't let the Sun come down on your black ass. Well, it didn't affect me I grew up and I married a black man and I have three black children who I love dearly and I have three even more awesome grandchildren that I love dearly. I can't stand people that refused to even admit White privilege as a thing. There is so much racism here in Oklahoma it is ridiculous. I have zero tolerance for it I take it very personal. I tend to forget my own skin color because I'm never around anybody else that's white. However I have kept my whiteness as far as I don't try to be something I'm not I still speak properly, and live a very normal non ghetto Life even living in the ghetto. People need to get unstuck from the ideas that their ancestors left them with long ago. The n word has never slipped from my lips. Having black children doesn't give me that right. Respect
