Until UC Davis joins the FBS (which they honestly could they have the money, the Mountain West is what I heard at last for another sport). I would consider the Sacramento State rivalry dormant until UC Davis jumps up officially. The North Dakota State and South Dakota State rivalry is dormant unfortunately until South Dakota State joins the FBS.
