The team work by the Kenyans to control the early part of the race for Kamworor to catch up and also recover from the catch up and then turn up the screws on everyone is epic!! The ladies team was just a well oiled machine at work!!

kamworer this was the best run i have ever seen. I would like to see if kipchoge could run 59 after falling and spotting the field 30 seconds and running in wind gust of 30 mph and hard rain.
