Carl Perkins is a national treasure

Carl was my cousin, but unfortunately, I never did get to meet him. This brought tears to my eyes. I wish I had the chance to meet him. I'm a huge fan ❤

12.12  "They don't know Me over there" Wrong! Everyone at our 'Youth Club' knew Carl, (and Fats Domino). We had a leader whom was into their music, bought the records and played them on club nights - as We all know if You keep hearing a song You end up loving it. At 82 I still regularly listen to Carls music!
