Jesser challenged us to lift 100k pounds in 1 hour...
So I am attempting to lift 100,000lbs, but if I don't make it there will be consequences: for example, if I don't make it over 20k lbs, I have to go bald.

I used to work in a factory that kept track of how many pounds I lifted and I was getting about 120k pounds a day through 40-60 pound crates

We all know push-ups shouldn’t count as body weight since dips are working the same muscles at the same weight but are more difficult since lower body also come off the ground. According to a Google search, push-ups are 64% body weight on average.

God, that deadlift form tho, Browney you can really fuck up your spine like that if you ever lift heavier.
Bend at the hips not your lower back.
