My guy was so dependent on his wife for his fame that even after his divorce he's STILL trying to use her to make himself seem interesting.

Even well after the divorce, Ariel is still the most interesting thing about Ned Fulmer. He has the personality of a wet napkin

@Akursedtime 3 months ago

Every time he says "My wife" or "My exwife". You can just tell he views her as an object rather than a human being. Rarely does he say Ariel. He associates her with him still rather than her own person. And that irritates me the most.

The ONLY thing that I truly believe is that Ned didn’t think Ariel would leave him. He thought that she loved him more than she respected herself. He thought he’d be writing books and hosting podcasts about “surviving infidelity” and making her miserable every step of the way. He can’t move on because he’s stuck in the moment that reality diverged from his expectations.

In the Try Guys video, they made it clear they were going to fire him and remove him from the company completely. In the podcast with Ariel, she says she was not going to forgive him. His delusion is outstanding

Y’know what’s crazy? For as much as he talks about it, it JUST dawned on me that him and Ariel are still in each other’s lives because they’re coparenting. She has to coparent with the guy who a) can’t stop talking about the worst part of her life and now b) is JOKING about the worst part her life. God I feel so bad for her he must be insufferable.

He keeps harping in every single interview how Ariel didn't want to go to the wedding. I think he resents her for that. Like what person in their right mind would want to attend a wedding 5 seconds after seeing your marriage destroyed like that? But Ned is such a narcissist. It's truly disgusting.

He's still the wife guy, it's just now he's the "I cheated on my wife" guy.

@littleowleyes 3 months ago

I think it's SO telling that he was like "cut off the affair partner" by basically "any means necessary" - that's WHY IS SO IMPORTANT to remember that he was in a position of power - I'm sure he was thinking (but didn't say) that he could just... fire her?

It's clear that The Try Guys were an avalanche of popularity and Ned just happened to be standing close enough to the avalanche to be caught up in it.

I keep flashing back to Ariel asking if he thought he had the personality to pull off the podcast. She knew more than anyone lolol

the fact that Ariel was only a year postpartum breaks my heart. he used them for content and money and is STILL doing it. I really dislike him.

@disastercatdesigns 3 months ago

The most disgusting thing about this is that he is literally profiting off of a scandal that absolutely destroyed his family, his 3 closest friends and an entire network on youtube. And he's chuckling about it.

@brittaneewillett4759 3 months ago

Around the time of the scandal there was a ‘You can sit with us’ podcast where Ariel talks about how Ned would spend long nights working and she was just home taking care of the kids… before all of this broke I think she knew there was something wrong

@happypink2845 3 months ago

It is genuinely scary to have the slow realisation that he isn’t repenting or telling Ariel’s story, he’s bragging. He isn’t ashamed, he is PROUD of what he’s done

@cathare4909 3 months ago

Tbh Ned made his whole personality about his wife so it tracks that he would go on to make his whole personality about his divorce. 😂😂😂

@YellowishGreenDragon 3 months ago

"My Wife." "My Wife." "The time I cheated on my Wife."

@SneakyCustard 3 months ago

The fact that the don't Google me was a joke Ariel made in the podcast episode makes it even MORE pathetic

@jennjennjennyy 3 months ago

To be clear, she found out and he confirmed it. She was so distressed she couldn't stay with him. He dropped her off at an airport hotel AND WENT TO A WEDDING.
