Almost a year ago, Ahmed shared what happened after a renovation on his house in Greece turned into a €400,000 nightmare.
Now, he's back at the property to see where things stand — and unfortunately, the problems are far from over.
What was supposed to be a finished home has continued to reveal issues left behind from the original renovation, with new problems appearing and previous ones still needing to be put right. After everything that's already been spent, Ahmed is now faced with the reality that fixing the house properly could mean going back to the beginning and doing much of it all over again.
He walks through the property, shows how things have developed over the past year, and explains what's happened behind the scenes as he's tried to get the situation resolved.
A year later, what started as a €400,000 renovation disaster still isn't over — and this time, the condition of the house might be worse than anyone expected.
