Granny naming all the Minnesota juvenile detention centers off the top is crazy 😂❤

Shout out to all my natives across the land. Much luv from OKLA.

Bruh its not only a problem in Minnesota it's all over the reservations nationwide but I want to give you a huge shout out for bringing light to this situation 💯 ❤❤❤❤

i read "Little Earth" and instantly clicked because i lived there a couple years with my cousins. When i lived there, the furthest i could go was "cockroach park" and daily crossed the fenced bridge. riding bikes, rip sticks, and it was fun. All the kids would play at the park together, or we'd go the basketball court right next to it and play lighting or sumn. I miss it there so much, but i hope the shootings/killings stop. It wasnt paradise when i was there as a kid, but you could atleast walk around freely without worryin abt anything. I hope everyone in there gets out like i did🙏🏽❤️

I spent a ton of time here as a teenager. One of my best friends and his family lived in the little circle. His mom always called me her only white son, and nicknamed me Chimook 😂😂

I’ve been to Little Earth on numerous occasions as a child but could never say I grew up there. I always thought it was so cool that the city had a place for natives (being there isn’t much of us) but it is disheartening to see what has been going on there in recent years and beyond. I understand there are ghetto’s in just about every city but it hurts me differently to see my people so down bad. We are a warrior society and we need to return to that. No more drugs, no more alcohol, no more violence. The next generation and OUR generation needs us to get our act together. I pray for our people and for our communities and the communities around us. I pray for Minneapolis and for the reservations who are also experiencing this. We need to do better and we most definitely CAN do better 🪶

I'm from Southside of mpls n grew up in little earth watching this brings back alot of memories I love my hood

I fuck with the maturity of the “tour guides”.  On these hood vlogs, everyone always show out and try to make it seem like their hood go the hardest.

But these dudes were calm, collected, and reserved.  And these probably be the mfers that bust ya head open.

Shinning light on the Indigenous community is real af, respect.

That’s my city I grew up at that park I ate at the church growing up!!! Mann that makes me wanna go home!!!

Im on the 2 bus driving down franklin ave passing little earth and this came up in my recommendations crazy!

You should cover the natives in San corlos AZ

Big dogs gotta clean they camera lens.

The beaded medallions are dope asf

That young woman who became a teacher now in the community she grew up in, that is the story that needs to be told.  She had to have had many of the same experiences, but she took another path, made different choices, did some hard work to become a teacher. Good for her, they should look up to her and those like her. She's trying to get that garden going becasue she is involved in doing the actual work to help her community.  I hope she becomes a mentor in her community as she grows older.
