Willie Davis my favorite player and captain of the great Green Bay Packers defense and a role model for me all my life.

When I was growing up , there were two colors on the Green Bay Packers … Green and gold !!  I enjoyed Bart Starr , Jim Taylor and Paul Hornung as much as I did Willie Davis , Herb Adderley and Willie Wood .  They were ALL my childhood heroes ..

My brother and me flew to Green bay,got our tickets, from Fuzzy great guy!

I always get chills when Fuzz spoke as Coach Lombardi. It was as if coach was really there.

Was watching in 1968packers playing the Colts packers needed a first down to keep the ball they went for it on fourth down. They brought out the chains to measure for a first down the great Ray Scott said "oh so close and yet so far it's over" packers reign was over    but what a run.

Jerry's in the hall now. Took awhile but he made it.

Great presentation.  How I would love to be part of that crew. True love and admiration for all these men

This film is GREAT.....Being a fan from those days makes me proud.  Thanks.

Wonderful documentary by Jerry and Dick Schapp. Wish Henry Jordan could have been apart of this. He was my favorite on the defense.

Almost  60 Years  Later  ....... To  Hear These  Guys  Speak ................Reminds   U  Of  What Football Was ..................SOOOOO MISSED  TODAY .........    NOVEMBERV 19  2025 ......Thats Right I m   74  Years  Old !!!

This wasthe team that made me a die-hard Packer backer. They were anarea class act.---Bob Bailey in Maine

This documentary is a treasure. So is the book.

Still one of the best NFL teams ever lead by the greatest coach ever.

What a team. Great

Fear of failure is actually a fear of success

They didn't need love necessarily,  only Lombardis directive..."you're gotta do the right thing all the time"...that new years eve party at the coaches home following the icebowl must have been rewarding

I'd still give the 62 Packers as Lombardi's best. But I certainly won't quibble with actual players of Lombardi. 66 was a GREAT team.

The greatest accomplishment of Vince Lombardi? His many, many successful players after football.

In 1966 saw the Green Bay Packers defeat the Cleveland Browns 21 to 20 in Cleveland.

Dick Schaap  Was A terrific  Writer   ...............
