What deterred me unfortunately was working with a group of women who were clicked up. There was one in particular that did not want to help when I needed. Remind you I'd only been there a week. I remember asking a question and she said something along the lines of why don't you know this?? I was pissed and embarrassed. I know I had a good technique but it was everything else I needed to learn. I would never not be willing to help a new CO worker.
That’s how I feel about patient service centers . I started in a slow dr office and then went to LabCorp and my goodness !!! lol it was a huge change in pace . Now I feel like I can handle pressure. I’ve been a phleb for 5 years now . I haven’t gotten into a hospital but that was the goal originally. I’ve worked with people who said it’s not all that great but idk I think I would be content
Im in the progress right now trying to get jobs at hospitals. I’ve been certified since November and still haven’t gotten anything, but this video opened my eyes to how it really is working in the hospital and now I feel more confident and ready to work in one!
Thank you for patiently teaching and sharing vital information. A lot of the things she’s said I haven’t heard on other videos and it’s definitely need to know basis. Thanks again. ♥️🙏🏽

Hey I’m a new subscriber and I love your content. I’m currently working at a plasma lab as a phlebotomist and I love what I do and I think God everyday that I was blessed with this opportunity however the environment is not for me. I start phlebotomy school on the 15th and I’m so excited and ready to get this certification so I can hopefully work at a hospital.
Very informative video thank you so much for sharing these awesome info. I'm a personal support worker and I'm thinking of becoming a phlebotomist even though I'm so scared of needles but practice becomes perfect 💯❤️👍
Thank you so much for this Video, I just finished my Live Sticks! Take my NHA cert in a couple weeks. Do you have any advice for getting a job in a hospital as a Newbie? Or what to say on your Resume?
