10:52 you must have recorded this before the small update that fixed this issue and made everything much easier to deal with, with the T junctions.  They added a manual button where you can tell it which part of the T is in and out

Hey Skape you should chuck a scanner on the drone conveyor to the pelletizer encase it picks up a needle.

Phew! Glad you figured out the Shed size thing. That was stressful lol.

For the T-Merger/Splitter (they are one and the same thing) you had the right idea.  The Merger/Splitter (I'll just call it a T-Junction) will automatically reconfigure itself based on the direction of belts going into it, and going out of it.  It sounds like the Dev is making updates to give more control on how they work without having to 'reprogram' them by placing belts.  You had one funny little belt segment that wouldn't change it's direction. That was a bit of a one-off. If you had deleted both the belt(s) and T-Junction and placed them again it probably would have worked.

Anyway, your best bet with the T-Junction is to:

1.  Press G to bring up the Grid before placing them (or before placing anything. You should be trying to work on the Grid as much as possible).
2. Place all of your T-Junctions down FIRST, before placing belts and machines that will connect to them.
3. Place Belts leading into and out of each T-Junction (again, always press G for the Grid when doing so). Just build the belts in the direction you want your product to flow.  This will cause the T-Junctions to reconfigure their own belt directions to match.
4. Interact with all T-Junctions and tell them how you want them to work (Left only, Right only, Alternate, etc).
5. Place the Machines you want to connect to those belts/junctions (again on the Grid, always on the grid! Except for Robot Arms, since they just fit wherever there's room next to the Haystack).

With more space to work with you should have an easier time of it placing T-Junctions, Belts and Machines where you want them.  There are also dedicated Splitter/Merger devices now, which basically do the same thing in a space-efficient manner.

There is an impressive amount of room for belt insanity now, SG!
Laughed so hard as you ran around everything that was pinned to the wall when you placed it and never ever had a clue.🤣🤣

I cant wait until the full release. It sounds like they have big plans for this game at full release 😂

The downside of the arm setup is you cannot move them without tearing down and rebuilding. The power rake can be moved while running.

Is it just me or did he get them set up correctly like a dozen times and just keep cycling past it
