My problem with analog horror is that the threat is so massive it takes me out of the story. Some thrash truck is secretly alive and when it doesn’t get trash it kills 1 billion people.

"there is litterally nothing you can do against it," if Evil Dead, Faith, and Doom have taught me anything, it's that shotguns are effective against demons.

It's fine, it's not the greatest analog horror ever, lol

I’ll take being put into good. And I’ve got a bunch of things I gotta take notes of…Thanks Ethan….(JK ily). Thanks sm for including me in the vid 🙏🏻.

living in Michigan is like living in a horror setting where depending on the weather it will determine which kind of horror you’re gonna get, empty field with gray clouds liminal spaces, rainy weather and lightning slasher villain, foggy day silent hill/the mist

Good ole Midwest horror

About the Painter... it's just shock value. It's pretty good at that, but at the end of the day there's no more. It's kind of like Saw, where most of the attraction comes from the gorey dark parts of it, but atleast Saw has a minimal amount of actual storytelling and moral dilemmas.

Correction about the main in the suit, the man character did attempt killing the “godzilla” man with a shotgun and blew his head off.

It grew back with 1-2 minutes, in other words the thing is unkillable.

Ontop of that he has been growing bigger and taller.

10:28 For the boiled one, they didn't get sleep paralysis, they got Locked in syndrome (Which makes you only be able to move your eyes and eyelids) And he is not an Angel but was a Japanese war criminal who died a few months before the broadcast and then is licked with the boiled one in some way

BTW, Kane's backroom leans more towards a more "realistic" side, while stuff like almond waters and numbered(themed) levels are from the side that described it more like video game levels.

@Gentischannel 1 year ago

12:12 I had sleep paralysis at 6 years old and I saw a black or white glowing person sitting on the drawer steps that were attached to my brothers bed since we had to share the same room.

"I only do it to sell merch"

Proceed to put a painting potraying a dead child getting horrible thing done to him.

@stonethegamer1251 2 years ago

Walten files actually gave me NIGHTMARES, i don't think analog horror usually does that lol

@soothed.sedated 2 years ago (edited)

I like how creator of Vita Carnis also made videos like guide to pet a trimming or that intentionally terribly done cooking video. It gives more realistic vibes of the story by showing that things are not always unnecessarily dreadful, sometimes it's just about shit and giggles and and how do people actually get along in such a world

"Marble Hornets was the first analog horror."
The Blair Witch Project: :face-red-droopy-eyes:

Edit: Found footage can be considered a type of analog horror, in my opinion.
