I totally get the love and hype for this movie now! It had me grinning one minute and holding my breath the next. I'm hooked now and I can't wait to jump into the next ones! I know there are a lot of mixed signals about the Jurassic Park films after this one, BUT you all know me and my need to watch things in release order no matter how good/bad/ugly it gets lol.

Thank you for watching. See you in the next one!

In 93 we had never seen anything like this. So when the characters are in awe of the dinosaur it is perfectly mirrored on the audience, who are in awe of the CGI. In both the film and the real world, something has changed forever

John Hammond being played by Richard Attenborough who is brother of the greatest wildlife and fossil presenter ever always makes me happy

33:43 Cat stood up as Alan calls the Brachiosaurus. Cat is a dinosaur, confirmed.

This is my comfort movie. Any time I don’t feel good or need an escape I watch Jurassic park, but I especially love to watch my favorite reactors watch it. 😊

"They're moving in herds. They DO move in herds."

Sam Neill was so good in this. <3

I love that the "spared no expense" line quickly becomes clear that he actually did spare a lot of expense. Namely on safety and resilient system design. Plus, as unpleasant of a person as Nedry comes across as, it does seem like he had too much work just on him for the complexity of the park. Obviously the movie doesn't happen without it and it goes well to the hubris of John Hammond.

26:33 I love telling this fact. That glass wasn’t supposed to break like that. The animatronic got too heavy from the rain water and broke the window. The screams from the kids were real in that moment.

I thought the dinosaur opening door thing was laughable as a kid... then i got cats. 😂

Ian Malcolm is one of the most memorable movie characters of all time and Jeff Goldblum did an amazing job portraying him

I was 29 when this came out. To see it in the theatres was AMAZING, as NOTHING like this had ever been seen (or heard) before. Jurassic Park was first to use the new sound system DTS (Digital Theatre Sound.) So when that t-Rex was stomping around, you felt it in your soul.

Jurassic Park is a timeless masterpiece. In my opinion, Jurassic Park is one of those rare films in which not a single frame is wasted. I always love Jurassic Park no matter what.

You cannot imagine how I felt when i saw this in theathers with 6 or 7 yo. Changed my life as a kid. The movie, the gifts in flakes, merchandising, sticker albums, magazines... toys... simply makes me happy every time wheen I see a reaction, remembering these magical years of childhood.
