Love see all the comments on tons of videos about retracting the cylinders to get all the oil out. There is always oil in hyd cylinders. There’s a piston that hyd oil pushes in or out. So when the cylinder is extended the cylinder is full behind piston. When  the way in cylinder is in its fill on other side of piston. That is how it has power both ways. In and out. Up or down.  Great video.

I just bought a tpm industrial machine at auction has pilot controls. Paid a bit more than machines similar to yours but it had a fan already in it and a true briggs and stratton engine. Have some clearing to do, and some landscaping and driveway digging to do. Bought a full crate of attachments and a tilt bucket to round out the deal. Looking forward to some warmer weather. The cylinders are push pull. So it fills depending on which way you are going. Atwoods is normal cheaper on hydrilic fluid and summer is 64 weight

After using it for 70 plus hours so far  . Its a good machine but the fit and finish is not worth the extra you pay over ebay or auction machines.  I basically paid 10k extra for a 2 speed .

How long did you wait to change the oil that was shipped in it?

Do you feel like the root rake digs your trees out better than a bucket or does the bucket work better for the bigger trees (like the 4-6” ones)
