I used this floor plan in the sims & it looks amazing, thank you Declan!

Would you mind also sharing us the width & length of each functional rooms? Thanks

So I'm guessing you're not a plumber. Where is that upstairs toilet waste draining to?  A macerator next to one's head at night, draining down to one's kitchen, sounds like a figurative and literal sh!t show.

This is really interesting and something similar might suit a renovation for my terraced house.  Roughly what size are the living room and sitting room in your example?

Very nice.

You've proposed a good alternative to the original plan, though unless the former kitchen was definitely going to be a bedroom, just a w/c would suffice.  It might get used as a TV room or an office, neither of which need another shower.

Brilliant

Hi Decky have you any images of the finished house? Thanks

I'm looking to do something similar to this for the ground floor of my house in the future, any chance you could give a rough cost range?

Is it possible to install a kitchenette upstairs. I want to turn the house into two one bedrooms. I live downstairs and lease the upstairs.

great video

So you now have 3 bathrooms for a two bedroom house.

Very efficient! cheers

I love it, perhaps a bit unnecessary to have two doors in downstairs extra room. I don’t understand what happened to the staircase though. not sure about fitting suit to the masterbedroom, it really does make it smaller, doesn’t it? I am still very excited about this. What is a range of costs for this kind of change on house?

3 bathrooms in a small 3 bed house ,

I'd hire you!

Great ideas ...!! Proper utilisation of space being wasted earlier..created 1 extra bedroom and ensuite  shower..simply great

Total bollocks, who wants to listen to kids screaming or on their phones or games while trying to relax, the extractor fan on and smell from cooking all through the house,oh and a nice french door to the scratty yard ???

that's a really nice presentation with simple elegant ideas to renovate a terraced house.
Do you think rebuilding a terraced house is feasible?
To add a basement and a loft and in general full redesign?

The way to f.. Up original house. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
