John MacArthur: For the Exclusive Claims of Christ

Ligonier Ministries

Religious pluralism is one of the greatest challenges facing Christianity in today's world. Is Jesus Christ just one way among many valid paths to God? Pluralism conflicts with the exclusive claims of Christ and undermines Christ's Great Commission, but according to Jesus, there is no other way to God. We may never compromise this essential truth of the faith.

I truly admire John's unwavering courage in proclaiming the truth of the Gospel, without compromise or apology for its inherent truths and exclusivity. He will be greatly missed, but I find comfort in knowing he is now with our Lord. Soli Deo Gloria!

"Fear God and give glory to Him for the hour of His judgement is come, and worship Him that made heaven and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters" Rev. 14:7

I know God disciplines me when I disobey him. I am a Rebel and a sinner full of pride. Humility is not my natural being. I find I have no humility when I Am ungrateful for my salvation Grace and mercy he has for me. God is patient. I find all I need by Grace through Faith in Christ and no other. Makes a way for me always. Always with me. My Redeemer and Loves us all. All Glory. All Power. I am powerless without my LORD. 🙏

What an absolutely amazing sermon! So many theological explanation answered in regards to universalism and salvation without Christ. I especially loved where he explained that even Adam and Eve in their unfallen state needed to be instructed by God❤. Miss JMac😢❤

My heart greaves for the apostasy in the church of Jesus Christ today.
Now I know why Jesus asked will I find faith on the earth when I return.

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
[Romans 6:23]

"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

"All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all."
