I connect to this scene on a very personal level. I’m disabled and gay like Mike in this movie, so it’s very hard for me to find love. Everyone I’ve ever expressed my feelings to has either immediately rejected me or has taken advantage of my helplessness. I wish Mike had someone that really loved him, and I hope I find someone that cherishes me as much as Keanu and River cherished each other.

Keanu NEEDS to play more dramatic roles, in my opinion, he’s more well known for his action roles but he is so well suited for drama.
