8:04 allow me a cinematic/mathematic deep dive: Riding 10 km at 10 km/h and other 10 km at 30 km/h does not "even out" at 20 km/h. You have to weight the speed by the time spent at that speed, not by the distance.

My rule of thumb for climbs is 300 to 600 m of climb per hour, depending on load, length of tge climb and exertion level. Ascent speed is pretty much invariant once the aerodynamic drag is out of the equation (i.e. below 15-20 km/h). If you know your power levels, you can also determine the ascent speed by the formula m g v_asc = P, be careful with units.

Bowl of your spoon seems more polished then the handle. Was it from factory, you polished it yourself or it happened naturally with use?

Wow, Velocity arriving in my region! (Sadly I don't know anything about the area, never been although it's practically almost my backyard... but I'm planning to doin' something similar - going to Austria or maybe Munich by train or bus and coming home, probably sticking to the main bike highways... But I'm too out of shape for now, and traveling with a normal bike between EU states even if relatively close, it's a pain in the butt. So foldable it will be. But I'm super interested in hearing your experience.)
