Honestly i only watched because hes a meme guy but turns out he is a very inspiring guy. With a boss like that no wonder all groups are successful and free of controversy. I am really amazed and motivated by him as an individual and his values rather than his position. Woah what a man.

His advice & talk with staff members/aspiring group members are gold! It all from his own life experiences, so it's that much more creditable.
I also love that he donates a lot of his profits to help those that are in need.
Every time I see his videos, I respect him a lot more.

STAY HERE supporting JYPapi! You can really see how he lives and breathes his philosophy, the sincerity and authenticity in how he shares these important messages to staff and to OURBIRTHDAY. I can also see how all the other JYP groups have taken his words to heart. It's why Stray Kids are the humans they are, it's why we saw those warm interactions at Game Caterers when the whole company was there. Thank you JYPapi for choosing to be the human that you are. You really have made a difference.

this made me respect jypapi more fr... i hope ppl (especially those who are on twt) will stop or at least minimize the way they are making fun of him because he's really just passionate and we all should commend that instead.

Being a fan of a lot jyp groups since got7/day6/twice early days i heard jyp give advice to multiple groups and everytime damn it is good advice. Doesnt come off as condescending but rather him wanting them to do well. Its also easy to understand. I stay impress by him.

Also i feel like this is why jype groups have a sustainability to them (like they get along and last long and i feel like they have a steady track upward for the most part)

I really love JYP's mentality, in his work ethic, his passion for music and his passion for giving back to others, you can really tell he is a good person. He genuinely cares for his people and the company, for every one of his idols, and that's admirable, you can't see that in any other company. And the fact that he's still active in his career really tells you how much he loves music and performance. Im really glad Stray kids are part of this company. 💖
