A past petition tied to a questionable marriage can follow you. Expect heavy scrutiny of any new petition, and get legal advice first.

I worked a few short jobs between signing and filing my I-485. Is that a problem for my I-751?
For spouses of U.S. citizens, disclosed unauthorized work is generally forgiven, and a few more short jobs don't change that.
