Mike Campbell of The Heartbreakers wrote the music and played that awesome guitar on the track.

"Dead Head sticker on a Cadillac... You can never look back"  is the essence of this song.

Makes me wanna put a Grateful Dead sticker on my Cadillac SUV 😆

Great song- good to see the younger generation into it.  Try Bruce Hornsby and The Range with The Way It Is.

Glenn Frey was not the guy in the video acting. Mike Campbell the lead guitarist for Tom Petty wrote the music for this and gave it to Don Henley as Tom Petty passed on it and Don wrote the lyrics.Boys if Summer is a term for the end of he baseball season. The song is about looking back.

Another great from teenage years, love live life 🌸

Check out Black Flags punk version of this song. Pretty good.

Don't H actually did see a Deadhead sticker on a caddy and put that in the song.

😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Subscribed because I’m really loving all of you but you were the first to inform me that that’s Glenn Frey and I really should have known that by now. Wow!
