Ladakh is a high-altitude region in northern India, nestled in the heart of the Himalayas. Often called “Little Tibet,” this vast mineral desert is known for its Buddhist monasteries, dramatic valleys, mountain passes above 5,000 meters, and the mighty Indus River that flows through its landscapes. Between spirituality, isolation, and immensity, Ladakh reshapes one’s sense of time, silence, and nature.
It was here, in Ladakh, that I began writing this film.
Between the search for meaning, the absurdity of existence, and the intensity of lived experiences, this visual essay explores another way of inhabiting the world — where the path matters more than the summit.
