Sports games got it the worst. Exclusivity and greed ruined it.

It's ignorant to blindly generalize. Not all modern games are bad. And there were plenty of bad games back then too.

I'm sick of rushed half assed games and micro transactions BS.

I just hate to pay 70+ bucks for games that aren’t completed.

The fact that he said that he shouldnt have to broaden his horizons should be enough to see how bad this take is. Baldurs gate isnt even niche lmao

Another reason is people only look at shooter games or sports in general. I have friends who stuck to those games and complain about shi being dry. And if I suggest anything outside that range they see it as boring

We have this same problem with the comic book community. People always complaining about marvel and DC but never read any comics from other companies

If you ever played a Pokémon game you have played a turned based RPG. I love how buddy left that out.

4:40 this is EXACTLY whats happening to maximum football rn. Idc if u think its trash u gotta support the smaller studios.

the last 3 years have been extraordinary for gaming

Tray is spitting facts, dudes be only playing sports games, Call of Duty and GTA then complain that games are boring now. There are alot of fun indie games and games in other genres

Sir Tray Sold from" Sellingham palace" England 😂😂😂🖐️

8:15 this statement isn’t exclusive to cod or sports games this goes for every game genre out there. I remember when some Marvel fans didn’t give Midnight Suns a chance due to it not being a 3rd person action game. Hell even now some Star Wars fans weren’t happy because Zero Company is a turn-based strategy game and not Battlefront 3 even though both can coexist

The only old games argument I understand is that you actually got the full game, no day 1 patches to fix game breaking bugs, and no microtransactions. You just play the game to unlock shit or use cheats

That Bad Boys Ii walkthrough flashback had me dying. That walkthrough was classic. Still waiting for Tray to drop that new music. I be with the long videos gang do and entertained with the content. The crash out at 28 minute mark😂😂😂

14:18 back when those games where out, nobody wanted them over Madden especially Gameday it was bad. At least 2k had similar controls to Madden. And them other sports game where just bad, whats worst is that once you bought a game back then you was stuck and had to just struggle play it.

10:23 Cause he has a Hawks hat on….😂

ngl i feel like you bro i was kid playing sleeping dog going to war behind it all my friends told me i was tripping years later a bunch of people saying sleeping dogs was good ALOR OF MFS DONT EVEN KNOW SLEEPING DOGS was a TRUE CRIME spinoff game that got a rebrand this is truly one of the games that can be played multiple times over

Couch coop was bound to die out because of online gaming. Plus us as gamers grow up eventually and have lives to live and ain’t going over to someone’s house to play a game

The fact that LIVE has the option to switch kicks at the flick of the stick!!!! They have the TECHNOLOGY to implement ALL FEATURES FROM PAST GAMES!!! They're baby spoon feeding us!!
