i worked on the captions for this season of coke studio... glad someone appreciated the effort it took to put everything to perfect timing... !!

the subtitles are first written in 3 formats, Urdu the national language of pakistan, then Romanized Urdu, so people who can read english can understand and read what's being said in Urdu and the third is the english translation... and yes all three are written simultaneously for every timing segment for whenever the musician is singing... and it has to be perfectly in sync every time..

the file is produced independently, people like me make the files in .SRT format and then they are uploaded to the youtube channel by the digital agency that manages the upload to youtube so people like you get to enjoy them, the reason they feel so high quality and perfect to the timing is because it takes a lot of hard work to time them all perfectly...
