Copenhagen is definitely one of Europe's best culinary destination and we made sure to make the most of it. From incredible restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide to beautiful little cafes and bakeries serving delicious food and some of the best pastries we have ever had. The Cafe culture in Copenhagen is strong!
Apart from the food, Copenhagen has so much to offer fro incredible museums to parks, a swimmable harbour and do not miss the Home of Carlsberg for a really fun brewery tour. Don't forget that everything in this city is just a short bicycle ride away from each other. Copenhagen is one of the most cyclable city in the world so take advantage of it.

it makes me happy to see, you went to Glyptoteket! a lot of tourists miss out of that.
next time, I think you would enjoy seeing Kronborg Slot - the castle where Shakespeare's Hamlet is from (he was a Danish prince). And in the basement there's a statue of Gorm the Old (our first king) who is said to wake up whenever we're attacked. or Møn's Klint - a cliff where it is made of a lot of chalk, and that makes the water look baby blue. this place has a lot of archeological things to do, so if you like that, it's a lot of fun.
it's a shame the bar is closed now, but I would have suggested that you visited Voodoo Lounge - it was such a fun bar where they would play rock music and had a lot of events.
ps; since you mentioned that Tivoli is one of the oldest amusement parks - you missed out on saying that the oldest one is also in Denmark; Bakken, which is 20 minutes by car away from Copenhagen :D (I personally enjoy that one more than Tivoli, less tourist-y and more space between people).

The thing about bicycles and people from Copenhagen is actually that most of us use the bicycle for commute and not necessarily for exercise although that is obviously included. This also means that we bike in all weather, all year around, summer and winter. To Danes, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.
The Danish word Nyhavn directly translated to English is New Harbor.

Hope you enjoyed your stay in copenhagen! The locals are a bit mad of tourists riding bicycles around town, because they don't know the rules, so if you do it again just copy whatever the others do :)
