To run 268 miles on minimum sleep and get up a 48 min video of the journey is incredible. Amazing the difference in your mood from very early on to the end, and like you said partnering up at the end was a very smart move, each encouraging each other and knowing someone is there, as I can imagine these events must feel very isolating. Superb watch and great effort, loved dotwatching it and seeing you get closer and closer to the border and home. 💪

Wow, this content was amazing, thank you for taking your time to film whilst running. It was so good to get a step by step guide of the spine! You looked amazing throughout, even when you were struggling. I was avidly dot watching and willing you to Kirk Yetholm! So happy for you that you conquered it! Well done Ross, what a legend!!

Humbling to see this film about your adventure Ross.. encapsulated everything about the spine race, and the spirit needed to even stand at the start line.
One of the main things anyone who sees the film can take away from it is that all through your experience you maintained the attitude that you where prepared to meet and deal with anything the race threw at you in a positive way, always keeping the one thought in your mind that you where determined to get to the finish line come what may..this is an inspiring message to anyone wanting to try and do longer distance challenges because without this determination everything else unravels.. good luck with whatever you do next.. you've shown everyone who comes across you that with the right attitude, and a lovely supportive family behind  you.. anything is possible.. and that if you knock hard enough on the door marked summer in your mind.. it will burst wide open..👏👏💙

Absolutely awesome video! What grit and determination you have and what beautiful footage you shared with us. Such an achievement, you should be so proud…especially in those conditions 🥶 congratulations 🎉

Well done on ticking this big race off Ross.  Lovely to see that you and Kerry had teamed up when you came into Byrness.  The inside shots of the little church were lovely to see!  Talk about spicy weather on this event - you had everything thrown at you.  Huge congratulations and hope to see you at the Cowshed Backyard Ultra in April.

Ah that was mint mate, a pure tonic for anyone missing the PW, I completed the challenger north in the mental freeze and loved it….well 90% and this was a great video thanks for taking the time and the cold hands to make it. All the best Stew

Hi ross I'm running out of superlatives to say after watching the videos of your races, after each one i think he cant top that but you smash it out the park each time, AWESOME m8💪👏👏👏

Been waiting for this to be uploaded.  Incredible achievement Ross given the conditions. You must be so pleased?  Would love you to do a follow up video of what you would do differently and kit used.  Signing up for the sprint on the 1st on the back of your videos

Amazing Ross, was very emotional when you finished, I know you are proud of that amazing achievement and so you should be, simply amazing

Awesome result, it's hard enough doing the spine... without filming it, well done, amazing achievement 👍🏻 thanks for sharing your experience.

Great video, definitely gave  the truest look at what would be in store on the race. Lots of videos about gear and what to expect but this video really hit home.

Fantastic effort mate and thanks for the video

Great filming of you amazing achievement!
Such a strong mindset and so inspiring to watch
Huge congratulations 🙌

Good video & congrats on your finish. I reckon that climb out of Byrness must be really hard after coming all that way !.

Amazing. Just incredible. Please do a race recap video!

Unbelievable achievement! Thanks for bringing us along.

Anyone who completes this,  whether it be 1st or last place, has completed an unbelievable achievement and should be incredibly proud! Well done indeed

thanks Ross, from you video I got a glimpse of the natural beauty of this years  spine (only because there are limits to photography! and you have to be there - but you nailed it with great shots)  with none of the pain and discomfort. which i reckon is a darn good deal from 48 mins of my time.

Absolutely amazing mate, anyone who completes the race is an exceptional person!

Absolutely superb effort Ross. Mental strength at it's greatest, especially during the long, cold nights. See you at Cowshed BYU for your 30 plus yards 👍😊 👏👏👏👏💪💪💪

Well done fella. A very interesting story is told here and once I started watching it I could not stop.  Fantastic...Thanks for posting. Hope you're fully recovered . CHEERS
