My first time climbing Mt. Fuji! 🗻
We took the Yoshida Trail, starting at Station 5 and climbing all the way to the Summit at 3,776m elevation. Along the way, we stayed overnight in a mountain hut at Station 8 before waking up around 2AM for the final push to the Summit and sunrise.
The hike started with a bit of rain and strong winds, and getting separated from my friends. After making our way up the Yoshida Trail to Station 8, we finally got a few hours of rest before heading back out into the darkness.
