FACE REVEAL!!! 😱😱😱

Why did I imagine an older grey haired late middle aged man? Dude is nothing like I imagined.

Bro I really thought you were much older. Not because of your voice, but because of your knowledge.

Sage Audio Face reveal was not on my 2025 Bingo card.

Monitor Reveal!

We got Sage Audio face reveal before GTA 6

WOW 😮 WE FINALLY SEEN THE FACE BEHIND THIS WONDERFUL TUTORIALS 🙏🏾

I wasn't expecting to see the face behind the genius.

I work with the 4 big labels, and no label ever uses AI for this; they always pay the best engineers.

The biggest issue is if the mix already sucks...
good luck fixing it!!

A.I. mixing and mastering sucks. I tried several of them, and It's nowhere close to the quality of an experienced engineer doing it 💯

A NEW SAGE APPEARS!  Super-similar voice -- you guys brothers or grew up in the same town?
I think you fooled everyone here with such a seamless transition.
Love the previous Sage.  Sorry I didn't catch his name and can't find it either.  He was a great singer too and kind.
Love you too, new Sage.  Hope all you Sages are well.

Legit was looking into AI mastering last night, held off and put more time into the DAW and made it 10x better just by trying things. Then I open youtube to this video today… thank you for confirming my decision! ❤

thing is everyone mixes and matters differently… everyone is has their own taste

ai will fail trying to find some weird composite of what it thinks would be the “perfect” or “correct” mix

kinda like that scene in the good place where it tries to combine everyone’s different preferences to throw a party that suits each of them, but instead is a confused mess

the whole point of art is that everyone has their own taste, and ai doesn’t have that on its own.

AI is based on patterns recognition and if there are patterns in mixing and mastering in general, then it can replicate thus patterns. With better models it can understand the context as well. But could it go beyond patterns - probably not. Another problem with AI not yet solved is a Taste, it is impossible to train AI for a taste (just for the pattern). And as final result of AI will be some pattern match to your track, then it could be too general and you would still need to clean sh*t out.... kind of like 3d artists do it now for 3d generated meshes, or even generated AI text. You always want to supervise it, it is not fully autonomous. It is just very interesting pattern-based tool.

Everyone needs to understand that "AI" is a marketing term not a reality. These are highly fine trained statistical models and such always choose a plausible option; not a correct one. They do not think but they are text-to-something functions. Text comes in, thing goes out. Or wave comes in, transformation happens. That's it, nothing more. Someone calls it the "Mirage Bias": architectural limitations look like minor issues that are easily overcome. The required 10% might need rebuilding everything with a different approach from scratch. And that's not what any of the investors want to hear.

AI can now do full wine glasses.

I didn't know what the face would look like, but I knew it'd look exactly like this. Glad to see the face behind these awesome videos.

Glad to finally see you. Keep up the good work. YouTube is were I found you and its very important to have a powerful presence here. The world is going to transition into crazy technological ups and downs, but at the end of the day interesting and helpful people is what we love to hear and now see. Going retro will probably be key in this AI revolution, since it puts people first and not technology. Technology without people has a short shelf life. Being part of your community was the best feeling in my life. Wish you all the very best.

Finally, the face of the person I've been listening to every day for six months. Best regards. HAHA SAGE AUDIO TEAM
