The lights going out was classic sarcasm and irony of Tom. lol I just hope everyone was kept safe.

One of my favorite episodes. Love the family and the wonderful history of Muncaster.

Oh that treasure of family paintings !

Fascinating embrace of English history.  Iona Frost-Pennington seems to live the connection to the family history as describing the aftermath of the Battle of Hexham and speaking of Henry VI, she relates "....and he gave us the bowl" as though she was part of that moment with her family. And, with Iona, Jane Seymour (her 14th Great Aunt, and the 3rd wife of Henry VIII) and the legendary intrigues of the Seymour women, also becomes credible.

Really glad i've found your channel. I love the way you approach the buildings with a kind of innocent wide eyed enthusiasm.

Wow! I would love to visit someday!

I only lasted about 45 minutes to the textiles. Fabulous documentary vlog. I'll be back. Thanks.

I believe the idea of a servant/Lord n lady vacation for patrons is an absolute fantastic thing!  How absolutely smashing for a history lover!

I loved the family dynamics and the castle tour and history lesson! It was brilliant and I enjoyed it...I was laughing the whole time...

Very much enjoyed watching the video and the family dynamics had me laughing.  I love old castles and manor houses, and especially love to hear how the same family had been able to keep them through hundreds of years.  My own family tree includes ancestors who built, owned, and lost manors and castles, and I greatly admire these wonderful people who work so diligently to keep their ancestral homes intact and wish the best success.
As a past paranormal investigator I pick up on things, and the only time in this video I noticed what may be an orb started at 14 minutes in the withdrawing room, originating near the portrait of the lady below the portrait of a man and his dog, and goes towards Euan. If anyone is familiar with orbs can they review this and give their opinion? No where else in the video is any dust or light flares picked up at all. I'm more apt to usually say oh, that's dust, however this time just as they opened the door I got a chill, then that appeared in short order. Even my husband said 'look, an orb'. 2nd opinions please!

Thanks so much I love this 😊

Thanks for the video, watching right now.

Interesting.   Has this been shown on a different channel or on this one before?  Seemed to remember it from before.

🙏👍🇧🇷 magnífico. 🥰

brilliant

The heir looks frighten of his parents . Don’t think will end well

Nice vedio ❤

Greetings from Kenya. I enjoy this channel very much. I wish you could indicate the name of the castle and the family estate in your title and description. Also, just a bit of history, like a paragraph for each castle. Thanks for all your hard work and for educating us🙂

Ewan has better knowledge of the family lineages and should be the PR for the estate.

I have seen only one family is running the castle from century to century it should be a crowed of families of king   But they tell about the specific members of the king families can you tell other royals where have they gone
