The scenery looks incredible, but one thing that still bothers me is that aura around the characters. But it’s just the beginning, so it shouldn’t be a problem in future updates.
the back of arthur walking looks insanely realistic for some reason and moreso than the background but overall the envrionemts also looks really good the lighting looks way more realistic in the dlss 5 version, its probably not perfect but this is crazy
this upgrade makes me wonder: imagine if we could aproach every single person and based in each personality we could create an non scripted dialogue, like you go to a bar and start to talk with bar man and he start to talk about his life, and his child memories, and whisky after whisky you create a memorable night with a stranger.
Seems like it would look better without that gain or contrast being so aggressive. in a way, it's almost hard to look at with some of the detail limits being pushed so far. dlss 5 could make things appear more realistic without straining the eyes so much. they're still dialing in
That's crazy. Yeah, we still have some imperfections, but it's just the first version. Imagine how it'll look in a year or two. What about 5-10 years? It's even scaring me...
When I see this, it really drives home just how much importance Rockstar placed on the details in this game, because even with DLSS 5, without the movements, gestures, small details in the textures, raindrops falling on the ground, mud, grass, and so on, it still wouldn’t look quite as realistic—even with this technology. I’m dying of curiosity to see what GTA VI would look like with DLSS 5.
This is the first time where not only do I think the improvement in environment more on the minimal side, but also see DLSS5 NOT make a character's face look 10 to 30 years older.
DLSS 5 is INSANE in Red Dead Redemption 2
