It would have been helpful to check with your light if the hoies in the jets were clogged b3fore blowing air through them.

when you run water into the garden hose attachment like that you're getting no water at the impeller guys. The impeller is going to go dry very quickly and burn out. that hose is only for flushing and shouldn't be used as a cooling water supply. you gotta use muffs or submerge the lower section in a tub

Yiou dont need to take the screw off the throttle bar , just open the white clip on the other end , like you did on the choke bar. Also you should be checking/cleaning the float needle valve. Otherwise good job :)

bro that hose is for flushing you need mufflers or a barrel , but your carb tear down was 👍 your impeller draws water through the outer jacket of that engine via the intake at the prop , use a muffler on your hose at minimum or you.ll cook your engine and ruin a good carb 👍

I think that's the problem the float chamber with my nephews. I think the float is getting stuck. I'm gonna have to take it apart. It's actually leaking gas for no reason out of the blue. It's filling up. The float isn't working and gas is leaking out of the vent not out of the seals or gaskets or anything. The float is stuck.

Great video, thank you! I need to pull off the same stunt so that was helpful.
On one video I have seen that you don't need to unscrew the throttle lever but it is clipped with such a white clip just nor at the carburator but at the other end. So it is as simple to remove as the choke lever, but remains with the carb.
