You maybe able to take your Coach bag to a Coach store they might be able to fix it for you (I'm sure for a small fee). A friend of mine and I just checked at a Coach store recently because she has a bag that needs a new strap and they said they can get one to match for her, and both the regular chains and outlets will do it.
