This is the Continuum of Care 101 Training for new Committee members in the Alameda County Continuum of Care, also called EveryOne Home. The live training took place on August 11, 2026. Key topics included an overview of a continuum of care based on the federal and historical context; continuum of care structures and components; and continuum of care responsibilities. The training also does a deeper dive on the CoC Leadership Board, the Coordinated Entry System (CES), the Homelessness Management Information System (HMIS), the Point-in-Time (PIT) Count, and the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
