8:48 we not finna talk about Calvin scratching his eye? No glasses lens.

Calvin lookin' like young Stephen A Smith before the ESPN fame...& Calvins"go out to eat somewhere" line was a nod to lyrics from LL Cool J's "Around the way girl", a very popular song with the ladies from that era

The crazy part is, to those that don't know, this shit really happend. Richard Porter, Azie Faison, and Alpo Martinez was running Harlem in the late '80's. Azie was shot 9 times and lived. He started rapping. The movie has it a little distorted. Azie was still selling a little after he got shot. Eventually he backed out. That happned right before Rich' s bro was kidnapped. At this point Rich and Alpo was dealing. Alpo felt Rich was cheating him on some keys so he killed him. Alpo would later pop up in DC where him and Wayne Perry would wreck havoc on the nation's capital till Alpo got caught and gave up Wayne Perry (they were gonna give Alpo the chair). Finally in 2021 Alpo was shot and killed by unknown gunmen. The only one still alive Azie. And from my understanding, after Alpo died Azie stop doing interviews. This movie, there story, is a cautionary tale. Shit is sad how all that ended including Rich's uncle kidnapping his brother, holding him for ransom and later killing him. Very sad story in the end.

@9:36, that’s a saab. , not a Benz 😮

Don’t be a menace next!!

26:36 kids nowadays will never understand that sentence in this movie

Broo that voice changing is crazy 😂

Regina Hall was, is, and remains fine ASF.  She got me not being impressed by money in this movie.  Ace shot the club up ASAP...like ASAP. 🤣

Fun fact: that dude that Camron pulled out the car and stripped didn’t know that was going to happen to him. It wasn’t in the script at all. Camron just got way too into character and put the fear of god in that man

oh yeah, i was waiting for this one

It’s vicariously babe not bi-curiously lmao that means you are curious and bisexual 💀
