'Fake' Sister Lucy Revisited | FORWARD BOLDLY

Christine Niles

One of the theories floating around is that Sr. Lucy — one of the shepherd children of Fatima — was replaced by an impostor decades ago. It's linked to the belief that Pope John Paul II's consecration of Russia in 1984 was invalid, in spite of Sr. Lucy affirming its validity.

I debunked this 'fake Sr. Lucy' theory in 2023 — but in light of new evidence, I revisit this subject.

On a Christmas day USSR fell. What a Christmas story! 🙏😇

Wasn’t there also handwriting analysis done?! That proved it was two different Lucia’s?

I don't think it's wrong to keep informed. We can just remind ourselves that God is ultimately in control of everything and His plan is perfect ❤

Sister Lucy, pray for us!

SO TRUE. We can ALL be led astray. I have to check myself regularly

I’ve been a Fatima devotee for over 30 years, and while the fall of the Soviet Union was a miraculous occurrence, there is no doubt that there was a fake Sister Lucia after approximately 1964, and that The Third Secret of Fatima has not been fully revealed. Consider, the children were shown a literal vision of hell by Our Lady, and yet Sister Lucy was so terrified of The Third Secret that she had to bo ORDERED to write it down by a bishop. Do you think that a vision of the Pope being shot with arrows qualifies. I don’t care about AI. Not the same person.

The reason that things are not better than they should be post consecration is that we the laity are not doing our part.....the 5 First Saturdays Our Lady also requested.

@davegaetano7118 10 months ago

DNA testing could clear this up definitively.

Just my 2 cents about whether the consecration was valid or not.
Our Lady said, if Russia were not consecrated to God, it would SPREAD its errors throughout the world.
Look at the world...
In an interview with Sol de Fatima magazine in Sept. 1985, Sr. Lucy stated the consecration was
not done as Our Lady requested, there was no mention of Russia and it did not have the participation
of all the world's bishops.

Beautiful opening, Christine! Thank you <3

Its hard to explain the current state of the church or feel hopeful for the future if the fatima events are over. Thats why they hold on to it.

I have been looking at photos of the two Lucy's and what struck me was the difference in persona of the two women. Even as a child Lucy had a presence which never left her as she grew older. But that presence, that spiritual core is lacking in the so called fake Sr. Lucy who seems rather superficial in comparison. In her forties Sister Lucy's face had seen a lot of sorrow. The fake's had not.

After seeing all information, The real Sister Lucy was removed. Hopefully with new DNA and the findings of the wonderful Polish Ph.d ..we will see. As a portrait artist you can’t change skull and proportions. Sad to see this information.

Vatican Knew That the Original Sister Lucy Was Deceased in 1960 and That The 3rd Secret from Our Lady of Fatima Was Withheld by the Vatican the Second Sister Lucy Was Posing as the Original She Was Fraudulent and so Was the Vatican!

My mother had a full mouth of dentures in her mid 40’s. Her chin and lips never changed . There is a definite change in the lips and chin and even the eyebrows from the photos of Sr Lucy. Her demeanor also seems very different. Not convinced!

I have been interested in this subject and I’m very happy you’re speaking about it. I did not believe it because it’s so nuts but I’d seen the supposed reasons for this theory and wondered but my thought was did she have dental work which would change things.I trust your intelligence and integrity.Thank you for your work.
