This "What If" scenario surprised me; I had never stopped to think about what would have happened if Jon had been born a girl.

"Chaos is opportunity."
"Then that shall be your epitaph!"

Dorothy Snow?
Theodora Snow?
Jon is short for Jonathan which has the same meaning as Dorothy and Theodora.

What if Howland Reed trained Ned how to warg but weaponized it to harm ppl's mind.  Howland knew the Starks like the Reeds can warg into animals and had been teaching Ned how to do it properly or else he'd end up harming the target's mind.  Ned learned how a direct touch can force a suggestion to a person&even tell if they're lying.  Howland was Ned's interrogator during the rebellion.  The reason Ned was able to defeat Arthur Dayne was that he tried to warg into his mind long enough to distract him&let Howland Reed to stab Arthur in the back.  Robert suspects that Ned can warg as a secret weapon during the rebellion.  At the battle in the Trident, Ned tried it on Rhaegar and it worked long enough for Robert to hit him with his war hammer.  Over the years, Howland helped Ned to be able to warg into several targets like multiple ravens at the same time.  He wasn't very successful in keeping control of ravens for that long but it was good enough for a distraction on ppl.

So when Jaime attacked Ned at the street of KingsLanding for Tyrion's arrest, Jaime was stunned and Ned hit him with his sword's pommel to make it look like he got hit in the head.  When Robert later found out about Jaime being in a coma, he knew what Ned did to shut down Jaime's mind.  Later when LittleFinger held a knife at Ned's throat, he quickly warged into LittleFinger's mind and then the other gold&white cloaks which prevented his own men from being killed.  Cersei ripped apart Robert's decree, so Ned also shut down her mind as well as Joffrey.  Ever since Arya told him about what Joffrey did and later heard that Cersei ordered for Mica to be killed by the Hound, Ned had a low opinion of the both Cersei&Joffrey.  So Cersei's coup failed and both she&Joffrey's in a coma as well as several of the gold cloaks that tried to kill his guards.  Pycelle also tried to run away but Ned also shut his mind down preventing him from sending a message to Tywin.  Ned sent those ppl in a coma to the sept&be taken care of by them.

Later when Tywin had met Ned for parlay, Ned had a lock at Tywin's mind and his horse.  So when battle started a few hours later, Ned warged into Tywin's horse to spook it into running and then caused Tywin to fall off and hit his head when Ned actually trashed Tywin's mind.  Ned also did the same to the Mountain and getting beheaded for the distraction.  The Lannister army was defeated with Kevan&Tyrion being the surviving leaders of their family.  Both Tywin&Gregor's decapitated heads were sent to Dorne to get their support.

What if Jon Snow and Meera Reed were twins?

Way too many commercials.

What if your Caleb Mercer was reborn as a minor Lord in Westeros, and used future knowledge to improve sanitation and infrastructure, and invent firearms?

I thought he’d end up with Rodd—what can I say? I like the classics. Besides, I once saw some fan art of a female version of Rodd and wondered what would happen if Rodd were a woman; I feel like it would be a story that’s very similar to Jaime and Cersei’s, yet different—I don’t know, just a thought.
