I had a different word for "important" in my Anki cards. I had 大切. Naturally I had to look it up. 大事 is more a general importance while 大切 is more personal, like precious to the person.

So, I assume it would be 'な adjective + な + とき' for when な adjective? By the way, thank you for all you've taught me so far. I has been very fun, and you're a very great teacher. Hope you'll keep on making videos.
