When you stop for the night you should cover the outside of the windshield with a thermal silver cover. It is not only for insulation but then you only need to take it off and shake it out instead of scraping your windsheild

I'm not sure if I admire you or worry about you both more.
I admire how you make so much work and how you survive in such a tiny vehicle with barely any room. And how you are able to get your food while being able to laugh. And yet I worry that you won't have enough to eat or be warm enough or even have the things you need to survive. Do you ever draoe a tarp over your van and secure down underneath with straps to help protect it from the wind and to help give it some protection from the cold ?   Please stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Awesome video as always Minivan life. Hokkaido in winter is so spectacular especially at the hot springs sitting there in a hot bath watching the snow fall must have been so relaxing. Those foxes at the end were so beautiful curled up in the snow it was so awesome. Can’t wait to see the rest of Hokkaido. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s journey around Japan.
