On today's episode we're upgrading from the cheapest electric spray gun to a much better HVLP version what do you guys think of it? Leave me a comment Thanks for watching today! 😎👍✅

Honestly, it looks better than most of the factory paint jobs nowadays😂

Wow, I am impressed.  I've painted dozens of cars over the years and now retired I do not want to spend big $$$ to spray little stuff like a tractor restoration project I am doing right now, this will work just fine.  Thanks for the video!

Wow that is Amazing with a electric paint gun.

This one today was for my subscribers that have been asking for just a simple Rust-Oleum paint job I didn't do a pearl just for you guys lol Thanks for watching!

I picked up a no name one of these off Amazon for a similar price point. It came with all the accessories the one you’ve showcased has, and it does about the same job.

I’ve never really wanted to invest in a compressor and proper paint gun set up, since I’m just learning and this is my first paint job. I tried 2k spraymax clear out of rattle cans, and they work great for smaller projects like wheels and individual body panels you can take off, but it didn’t work for larger panels.

I truly think these electric guns are the next step up for diyers, and I was able to achieve results similar to a factory finish with minor peel and clear reflection.

Wow .... who needs a compressor setup now!  Looks pretty good better than some factory paint jobs!

Wow! $40. Great deal.

Merci:)

I knew this was somewhere. I saw it once and couldn’t find it anymore. Now that I could see your setup, I think I’m ready to try again!

A little orange peel, but nothing a little wet sanding and buffing couldn't fix. For someone without a compressor this would be great. Excellent video.

You Sir are an amazing painter

Quite a large pattern, but for what it is, the final outcome is quite nice.  For someone needing a decent gun without investing into a compressor or on a tight budget this would be perfectly fine.   Certainly better than trying to use a case of rattle cans.

I’m gonna have to get me one of those. I hope you paint a full vehicle with it on the channel.

This is what I like about your spray outs Jonathon. You share your knowledge and results and show us all you learned. Why spend hundreds of dollars on painting equipment and 12-1500 bucks for a gallon of auto paint when you can get a gallon of Rustoleum paint for less than $75. Thank you sir.

I ordered a phalanx spray gun Friday after watching this vid and got it today. I hope you get something from the company. Great content as always bro.

Definitely an improvement over that other one.

These guns will do the job just like regular guns will.

like to see what it looks like with auto paint

i've brushed painted alot of stuff with rustoleum over the years , back when i started in the 70's rustoleum had a lot more colors available in the gallons than now, one of the companies i worked for even had their own color made by rustoleum called "tidewater yellow", i got a bunch of the leftovers and can tell you it was better than what they make now, with this new stuff they have now i got it to level much better by adding 10% linseed oil, haven't tried spraying it with linseed oil yet though , you might want to try it, that gun did much better, looked good.
