Your videos give immense knowledge ,thank you for that , I have a question when you say teaching and coaching the team when necessary so can I know what are different techniques used in teaching/coaching? Can it be a presentation or just verbally teaching ? Am sorry if this a silly question but this question was in my mind from long back, Thank you!

You should make another YouTube channel that isn’t about agile or scrum or anything like that. You’ve got the delivery to blow up on YouTube but your current target audience is too small
