A month of needle felting, new wool, new pictures and some rather questionable needle felted animal sculptures! 😂 Join me for an August studio vlog as I work on Felted Woolly Delights and experiment with new ideas for my little needle felting business.

In this studio vlog, I’m sharing the unseen snippets I filmed throughout August while trying to build Felted Woolly Delights around my ordinary working life.

There is some progress, though! I show you the rather questionable creations I've made, whilst trying to unblock the mental block that is my sculptures, pictures for the shop, a delivery of all things wool and I finally discover what happened to the sunset picture I collected, improved and returned.

Wow, that was a busy video. So pleased to hear your needlefelting adventure is generating sales. I really like your framed landscapes. So different from your previous artwork. I reckon you’ve hit on a winning formula. Good luck with the sculptured animals. That Jago determination will get you there, I’m certain.

Congrats on selling the sunset picture! I love paths as they draw one’s eye into the background and you can imagine going for a walk through the lovely countryside. I’m envious that you have access to World of Wool. I’m in British Columbia and that box would cost an arm and a leg to mail here. 😂😂
I think the seal looks great! I found myself that I created several sculptures from kits or videos before I got a sense of proportion and the ability to create my own. Maybe head on reference pics would help.

YES, my job interferes with my felting too! Tell your township to work on the road overnight so won't interfere with people getting to work and your getting home to entertain us! Don't give up on your armatures, no one is an expert in the beginning :) Wish I had access to World of Wool...can't imagine what it would cost to ship to the US! And just a thought on your current pic with all the hills, your path could disappear and then reappear further on, like it dipped down behind the hill. Keep on felting and sharing your journey with us! : )
